Really?!?
I am not sure what to make of this 'candy' that I found at Target. You place the packet of powder on your tongue and the blue packaging melts and releases the powder all at once. A weird delivery system to be sure, but what do the little packets look like to you? I am tempted to drop a few on the floor at a bar and see what happens. It may be a cheap and easy way to 'bait' and find out information about people.
