Been Feeling Like Crap

I have not been eating right lately and have been drinking too much coffee and sodas and have noticed that I have been sluggish and bloated. I need to get back on eating healthy and drinking lots of water and cutting down on the caffeine. I need to also

PSP Wireless Web Browsing

Texas Hold'em

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot

For some reason I can FTP from my home laptop, but not my work machine. I don't think it is a port issue because I can log in and see the directories and files, but when I try to create a directory I get a 550 error. Will have to pursue late, right now
